Seiji is the founding Partner of Talent Base Camp. Prior to founding the firm, he spent 15 years in-house leading recruiting teams at Salesforce, Airbnb, and Coinbase.

Seiji was one of two recruiters at Airbnb in 2010 and helped the company grow from 18 to 600 employees. He then transitioned to Coinbase where he wore multiple hats from leading global recruiting to creating the in-house executive search team, responsible for all executive hires across the company taking them from 100 to 7000 employees.

A dynamic blend of small and large enterprise companies, he has helped multiple companies go from start up to some of the most recognized public companies in the world.

Seiji lives in the Bay Area with his wife Jaime and 2 children.
